Option and Provisional Pay Fixation Format for Employees of Punjab under Revision of Scales 2022

PROVISIONAL PAY FIXATION 2022

 

                        In accordance  with Para 3 (i)  of letter of Government of the Punjab , Finance Department, vide No.FD.SR-V.2-3(1)/2022 Lahore, dated 21^st July 2022 ,  the Provisional Pay Fixation is made on Point to Point Basis under Revision of Basic Pay Scales 2022 as under:-

 

(1)        Existing Pay on 30-06-2022 in BPS ___

                        In accordance  with Para 9  of letter of Government of the Punjab , Finance Department, vide No.FD.SR-V.2-3(1)/2022 Lahore, dated 21^st July 2022, I,___________________________S/O________________________________ Designation ________________BPS______ Personal ID#_________________ CNIC#_________________________________________ is hereby opted for Basic Pay Scales 2022 with effect from 1st July 2022.

                   This option once exercised shall be considered final.
