Option and Provisional Pay Fixation Format For KPK Employees under Revision Scales 2022

PROVISIONAL PAY FIXATION 2022

 

                        In accordance  with Para 3 (i)  of letter of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkha, Finance Department, vide No.FD/SO(SR-I)1-1/2022,dated Peshawar the 14^th July 2022,  the Provisional Pay Fixation is made on Point to Point Basis under Revision of Basic Pay Scales 2022 as under:-

(1)        Existing Pay on 30-06-2022 in BPS ___

                        In accordance  with Para 9  of letter of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkha, Finance Department, vide No.FD/SO(SR-I)1-1/2022,dated Peshawar the 14^th July 2022, I,__________________________________S/O_________________________________ Designation ________________________BPS______ Personal ID#_________________ CNIC#_________________________________________ is hereby opted for Basic Pay Scales 2022 with effect from 1st July 2022.

                   This option once exercised shall be considered final.
