SGA&CD, Government of Sindh Letter No. SOR-III (S&GAD)/3-40/14 Karachi, dated 25/10/2017 "Needs no change as Section 13(1) of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 (amended 2001) specifies the length of qualifying service as twenty years instead of twenty five years"

The Section Officer ( Reg-III), SGA&CD, Government of Sindh  request Finance Department , to take necessary action in to the matter regarding Clarification of Pension Qualifying Service , Letter No. SOR-III (S&GAD)/3-40/14 Karachi, dated 25/10/2017 / He stated that the matter has been thoroughly re-examined in consultation with the Law Department.
