#Government of #Punjab #Authorities are requested to accept APCA Demands
HISTORY:
The Auditor of Local Fund Audit, Department (attached Department of Finance Department, Punjab) is appointed through Punjab Public Service Commission with academic qualification of B.Com, BSc. (Math & State) in BS-13 and after completion of 2 years probation period he has to pass the confirmation test to move on BS-14. Auditor LFA, Punjab has the only chance of promotion as Assistant Director after passing the PIPFA Examination on a seniority cum fitness basis.
As the appointment criteria of Auditor, LFA, Punjab and Senior Auditor, CGA is the same; we demanded up-gradation in BS-16 after up-gradation of Senior Auditor in 2010. Later on, in January 2016, Assistants of all Departments were up-graded from BS-14 to BS-16. We submitted a fresh demand of up-gradation of Auditor from BS-14 to BS-16 on the analogy of Senior Auditor, CGA, Assistant of all departments Punjab and Auditor, LFA, KPK along with 20% audit & accounts allowance in January 2016.
Till now, some meetings have been held by Finance Department, Punjab but without any result. In the mean times, all other technical & non-technical posts have also been up-graded in different scales.
Nowadays, Senior Clerks of our Department are promoted as auditors from BS-14 to BS-13.
DEMANDS:
Auditor of Local Fund Audit Department, Punjab may be promoted from BS-13/14 to BS-16 and audit & accounts allowance may also be granted to the employees of Local Fund Audit on the analogy of AGP & CGA employees because they are performing the same nature of functions.
