Employees should have a good hope and maintain an atmosphere of organizational unity within their ranks. It is better to hold their own organizational meetings and issue statements approving the demands from the Government, and criticism should not be given priority.

According to the Letter of SGA&CD GoS dated 20/10/2025, a meeting of the government-formed committee with the 4-member leaders of the Employees Alliance(SEA) will be held today, 21/10/2025, under the chairmanship of the Senior Member Board of Revenue, in which the issues of pension, group insurance, Benevolent fund and disparity reduction allowance will be discussed in details and presentation shall be made by the Special Finance Secretary as chairman of Sub-Committee
